These terms cover this website, the purchase flow, and support. The software itself is covered by the End User License Agreement; where the two overlap on a question about the software, the EULA prevails.

What these terms cover

Your use of this website, downloading Space Cowboy, buying it, and getting support from us. Related documents: the EULA (the software license), the Privacy Policy (data), and the Refund Policy (refunds, authoritatively).

Using this website

The site is provided for information about, and purchase of, Space Cowboy. We try to keep everything on it accurate and current, but screenshots, feature lists, and performance descriptions are illustrative; the authoritative statement of what the software does is the software.

Downloads and software

The Space Cowboy download is provided under the EULA. Download links on this site point to our official distribution; downloads obtained elsewhere are not ours and we cannot vouch for them. Verify checksums where provided.

Purchases, pricing, and taxes

Space Cowboy is $9.99 USD, one time — not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record: Paddle is the seller on your receipt, runs the checkout, takes the payment, and calculates and remits applicable VAT or sales tax for your billing country. Any tax added is itemised at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

After purchase your license file is delivered by email to the address you gave at checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then write to us — delivering it is our problem to fix, not yours.

Refunds

Fourteen days, any reason, no justification needed. The Refund Policy is the authoritative statement, including your statutory rights, which nothing here reduces.

Support

Support is by email at hello@ctrlcolab.com. We answer as fast as a small company honestly can. Support does not entail a service-level commitment, and being past a refund window does not end it — if you bought Space Cowboy, you can write to us about it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this website, probe it for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith security research, misrepresent your association with us, or use the site or the purchase flow for anything unlawful. If you find a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear about it: hello@ctrlcolab.com.

Intellectual property and trademarks

This website and its content — text, artwork, screenshots, logos — belong to CTRL Colab LLC and its licensors. “Space Cowboy” and “CTRL Colab” are trademarks of CTRL Colab LLC. Referring to the product by name (reviews, articles, tutorials) is of course fine.

Third-party links and services

The checkout is operated by Paddle under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and consumers keep the mandatory protections of the law where they live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Changes apply from posting; they do not retroactively alter a purchase you already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules — subject to the consumer-rights carve-out above and in the EULA.
